Äsja kuulutati välja 87ndad Oscari nominendid ja meie suureks rõõmuks pääses "Mandariinid" viie parima võõrkeelse filmi hulka. Kõige enam nominatsioone (9) said "Grand Budapest hotell" ja "Lindmees ehk (võhiklikkuse ootamatu voorus)". Üks suurim üllatus oli aga "The Lego Movie" väljajäämine parima animatsiooni kategooriast.
